ABOUT WEST COAST

After graduating from University in July 2021 with a First Class Honours I returned to Pembrokeshire to set up West Coast Sports Therapy.

​

I was raised in Fishguard and spent most of my childhood years playing sport. As a high competing athlete, I was always sustaining injuries and in need of different treatments which led to my interest in learning about the human body and how it heals. I knew from a young age that I always wanted to help people to recover and embarked onto a career as a Sports Therapist.
