SPORTS MASSAGE

Sports massage can be used to aid sports people and non-sports people alike. It covers the management, manipulation and rehabilitation of the soft tissues e.g. muscles, tendons and ligaments. Other benefits of sports massage include improving circulation and lymphatic flow, sedating and stimulating nerve endings, assisting in the removal of metabolic waste and improving muscle tone and elasticity.
